Fresh-baked giant pretzel with sliced artisan Hatch chili sausage, brisket burnt-end sausage, and smoked bison sausage. Served with beer cheese and ground mustard. Shareable.

The Smoke Wagon Saloon is on-site at the museum and open during museum hours. No reservation needed — walk in before, during, or after your visit. A full saloon site is on the way.
