Old West portraits on the walls, baskets lined with newsprint, and a fresh lemonade built like a dessert. Most visitors plan to grab a quick bite and end up staying a while.

Big Block Sausage Smorgasbord
Fresh-baked giant pretzel with sliced artisan Hatch chili sausage, brisket burnt-end sausage, and smoked bison sausage. Served with beer cheese and ground mustard. Shareable.
Kanab Korn Ribs
Corn ribs topped with cotija cheese, Tajín, green onion, and drizzled with buffalo sauce.
Sundance Kid Nachos
House-made cowboy chips from Kennebec potatoes, topped with beer cheese, cotija, green onion, jalapeños, and Kansas City smokey BBQ sauce. Choice of brisket or pork belly burnt ends.
Shelby Smoked Wings
Choice of sauce — Carolina BBQ, Kansas City smokey BBQ, garlic parmesan, honey chipotle BBQ, or buffalo. Or a dry rub: lemon pepper or pit master blend.

A giant fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie pie drizzled with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
The Campfire
S’mores in a large waffle cone filled with chocolate chips and tiny marshmallows, drizzled with chocolate sauce and topped with powdered sugar.
